Meet the Speakers:
Amy Carlson is a Registered Dietitian. Working in the field of eating disorders for over 20 years. She is passionate about truth and the equipping of people to find freedom!! Amy and her husband have been happily married for over 25 years and together they live a busy and active life with their four beautiful children.
- Comparison is the Thief of Health ----During a pandemic (and often in life) there is always someone who "has it worse" and we are often unwilling to share our needs, struggles or ask for help! How can we lean on each other when we are all tired!
Megan Richards is a registered nurse in the Cardiac ICU where she has worked for the last 8 years. She loves helping people live their best lives, recognizing the need for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. She has an amazing husband of 18 years, 3 beautiful kids, 2 dogs, a cat and 8 chickens.
- Feeling Your Best, Even in a Pandemic! Talking about the physical effects of stress on our bodies. And how even small changes in our physical lives can lead to big outcomes in our physical, spiritual and emotional well being.
Josh is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Alethia Center in Houston. He feels his role as a counselor is a grounding one: to equip and enable you to see light through the darkness.
