Teachers of 2 ½ year olds

Ms. Lesley is a mother of four…three boys and a little girl ages 22, 21, 5 and 4. She started with Weekday as a parent… This is her third year at UBC and she loves every minute of it. Her joys are watching them grow from being babies to being awesome young children as they form their own personalities.

Ms. Tiffany is teaching a 2 1/2 year old class this year and has experience teaching pre-k 3 as well. In her free time, she enjoys baking sweet treats, painting, doing calligraphy, and cheering on the Houston Astros! She is currently going to college and majoring in Accounting. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 121:7-8, “The Lord will keep you from all harm— He will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

Ms. Megan is super excited to begin her first year teaching at UBC! She is excited to get to know all the sweet kids in Weekday. She graduated from Clear Lake High School last year and is taking a gap year before starting college next fall. She has many siblings which include three sisters, a brother, and two doggies! Ms. Megan has a fond history with UBC Weekday as her Mom, Karen Blackwell, previously taught for 8 years and her sisters grew up in our program!  She is so thankful she gets to continue the tradition of being involved in this ministry at UBC.  She loves to spend her time with family and friends, volunteering, and serving the Lord!
Her favorite Bible verse is: “The Lord is my strength and my shield. In him my heart trusts.”  Psalms 28:7

Ms. Sarah is in her seventh year at UBC and taught at another church for eight years. She loves teaching and is super excited about working with all the sweet kids here at UBC. She has been married to her husband, Joe, for 21 years and has a son, 20 years old, and a daughter, 17 years old. She loves to spend time with her family hanging out at the beach or doing something fun outdoors! Her favorite Bible verse is: “Love is patient, love is kind. it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
