Serving with the Spiritual Formation Ministry

We need folks who will foster the start-up of a small group of people to focus on spiritual formation for 12 week periods. These may be on Sunday evening at UBC or in-home during the week. We provide training and support, as well as materials for use in group discussions. We primarily use materials developed by Renovare' Ministries. Spiritual Formation groups focus on teaching and encouraging the personal practice of the disciplines of the faith.

We are also looking for those who have more administrative/organizational skills to help us develop the How-To University curriculum for Spiritual Formation. Twice a year we produce a "catalog" of classes and groups that teach spiritual disciplines. We need men and women who will help us identify the classes, enlist the teachers, organize the schedule, and gather the resources needed each Spring and Fall Semester.
