Media Order Form

There is no charge for sermons; however, donations are accepted to cover production costs ($2 per sermon is suggested). Make checks payable to UBC, and write Media in the memo portion of the check. Donations can be made when picking up your order or mailed to the church.

Orders are avaliable for pick-up from the library front desk during open hours or will be mailed to the address indicated.
