The UBC family and our church community are invited to come together as we learn how to grow our relationship with Jesus Christ. Led by members of the Renovaré ministry team and staff, the Essentials Conference is a time where we will explore the indispensable elements of life in God:
- grace
- tradition
- community
- disciplines
- covenant
Integrated teaching, conversation, experience and worship will create a full day of insight and encouragement for anyone who needs their faith refreshed, their awareness awakened, or their spiritual formation deepened.
The Essentials Conference is a perfect launching pad for starting small groups (Spiritual Formation Groups) that support people in their life with God.
Open to adults and students (Grade 6 and above)
Especially for Children and Preschoolers during the conference time:
UBC Preschool and Children's Ministries will provide a full day of activities and rest that will relate the teachings of spiritual formation to kids in ways that they can understand, helping them to know what it means to follow Jesus.
