Spiritual Journey Classes

We offer two classes that will help shepherd your child toward a closer walk with Christ.

Guiding children to take those first steps toward faith can be the most rewarding opportunity of life for parents. By laying a solid foundation for spiritual conversion, parents become partners with the Holy Spirit as He prepares and calls your child to accept Christ as Savior. It is our desire to provide a discipleship process that will complement what you are currently doing to assist your child in growing in Christ.

Baptism

childen-baptism-picBaptism is one of the most significant events in the life of any believer. If you feel that your child is ready to proceed with baptism, we would like to encourage you to first enroll them in the First Step Class. This class is not a mandatory prerequisite to baptism, however it is an excellent class to affirm your child's understanding about salvation and baptism.

For more information about baptism, or if you would like for your child to talk with Karen Murphy, Director of Children's Ministry,

On the day of your child's scheduled baptism, please remember to bring a swimsuit and solid white t-shirt (towels and robes will be provided).
