I have been to a place where I have seen God like never before. I have been to a place where people who have nothing, except God, have and express His joy more than anyone I know. I've been to a place that is dirty and hot, yet felt the freshness and cleansing of Jesus.
I've been to a place where people study God's Word outdoors in the dirt and heat, where children were kneeling in the dirt, using their chairs as desks to color pictures about the Bible stories just heard, smiling because of His love, not complaining because of the heat. I've been to a place where orphans who once had no hope, now have hope through Jesus because those who love the Lord enough to follow His call to minister to them, have loved, taught, cared for, and taught them about Jesus.
I've been to place where I was stripped to bare bones" and forced to see my insecurities, anxiety, pride, and inability to accomplish on my own — only then to see God's strength and power, and love. I've been to a place where amazing women who love the Lord supported, prayed for, and loved each other even though they were hot and exhausted from their own mission.
