ministry energy? This workout is designed just for you!
BeTheBody is a 50-day spiritual workout. The workout metaphor is used to identify
how to engage regularly and consistently in the disciplines of personal spiritual
formation. Just as a disciplined workout is part of attaining physical fitness,
engaging in the disciplines of the faith is part of how we learn to think, feel,
and act like Jesus. As we build into our lives the disciplines of worship, study,
prayer, serving, giving, solitude, and community, we will grow, practice, and
learn to be more like him.
Ready? Let's work out!... BeTheBody of Christ. Daily workouts begin on Monday, February 12,
and end on Saturday, March 31.

The BodyLanguage journal contains the scriptures,
stories, and specific guidelines focusing the prayer time and suggesting lifestyle
responses that you can participate in each day.
The BeTheBody DVD includes six (Monday-Saturday)
weekly instructional video sets about being the body of Christ.
